As Vice President of Client Services, Glenn Crews is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service and value to clients. He oversees all areas of Client Services, Decision Support, Implementation and Customer Service. Previously, Glenn worked at Thompson Technologies as Vice-President and COO, responsible for sales, marketing, operations, and profit and loss of the technology staffing and systems implementation company that targeted Fortune 500 companies. He was instrumental in developing and managing a strategic growth plan that grew revenues significantly. Prior to that he worked at iXL Corporation, where he served as Executive Vice President managing the Industry and E-Business Services Consulting Practices.
