DEFINITION 6 DONATES COMPREHENSIVE IT SERVICES & IT MANAGEMENT EXPERTISE TO RENOWNED RON CLARK ACADEMY

C-Level Executives Support School’s Vision With Time, Talent, and Experience

ATLANTA, GA - August 5, 2007 - Definition 6 (http://www.definition6.com) announces the donation of comprehensive IT services and systems management expertise to The Ron Clark Academy, a non-profit school opening this fall in Atlanta for 5th to 8th grade students. Ricky Steele, Chief Development Officer for Definition 6 serves on the Academy's Board of Trustees where he lends his networking expertise in the not-for-profit community. Paul Hernacki, Chief Technical Officer for Definition 6, is volunteering as the school's Chief Information Officer, leading a team from Definition 6 that provides technical guidance, infrastructure design, integration services, installation assistance, and IT support services for the school's vast array of information technology which includes truly state of the art hardware and software.

"Ron Clark is a man of incredible vision and determination and he has assembled a world-class staff dedicated to changing the lives of children who most need their help. The academy has been embraced by the business community that has donated over a million dollars of software and IT equipment," said Paul Hernacki, CTO of Definition 6. The school however did not have a master plan for how to bring all of the technology together. Mr. Hernacki and his team stepped in to coordinate the vendors, establish security policies, integrate systems, and implement a complete solution for the Academy. “Definition 6 is honored to have the opportunity to help the academy in this capacity and I have been extremely proud to witness the personal contributions of time our consultants, engineers and developers have made in this endeavor,” Hernacki added.

Matthew Perry portrayed Ron Clark last year in TNT's "The Ron Clark Story," which tells the real-life saga of the North Carolina grade school teacher with an amazing record of success with students – his unique teaching style brings out the best in all of his students, and in the film he tests his determination as a 5th/6th grade teacher in Harlem, NY. Ron Clark will open The Ron Clark Academy later this month, serving students in the 5th through 8th grade who are generally from low wealth areas. The school will weave art, dance, music and business leadership classes into its curriculum, as well as international trips for students.

The 20,000 sq. ft. facility will house a recording studio, dark room, dance studio, library, gymnasium, auditorium, and cafeteria. In addition, the classrooms are outfitted with Dell wireless laptop computers for every student, intelligent digital whiteboards, digital cameras, and multi-function printers. Definition 6 will also be involved in deploying Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Live@Edu e-mail & calendaring, Student Information Systems, Network and Security infrastructure, video-conferencing, student portals, file systems, disaster recovery and much more in addition to hosting and managing the Ron Clark Academy web site at http://www.ronclarkacademy.com.
