Definition 6 Names Paul Hernacki As Chief Technology Officer

Definition 6, helping clients transform business processes and customer experience with eBusiness and Information Technology (IT) solutions that improve the bottom line, names Paul Hernacki Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Paul will serve as a key member of the executive team and is responsible for software application development and technology infrastructure services on client engagements. He combines an extensive technical and management experience with a deep understanding of systems architecture, development, testing and implementation of technology solutions across various business models and industries.

Prior to HP, Paul was Strategic Solutions Manager for Extreme Logic, which was later bought by HP. He also worked as the Chief Technology Officer of e-learning company Spire, was a member of the e-Commerce practice for Ernst & Young, and managed the Technical Architecture division of IMRglobal's e-Business practice (now part of CGI). He has consulted for Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, Gateway Computer, Ford Motor Company, Eckerd Drugstores, and CMS/Consumers Energy. Paul is a frequent speaker on technology issues and solutions at numerous events including: Microsoft's Executive Partner Summit, Microsoft Developer Days (DevDays), Microsoft Executive Circles, and other business seminars. He has supplied feedback and guidance to Microsoft’s technology direction as part of the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University where he studied Business Administration / Pre-law and Computer Science.
