Definition 6 Takes Home Top Online Marketing AiMA Award

ATLANTA – May 8, 2008 – Definition 6, a full service interactive agency and consulting firm, announced today it earned the “Best Online Marketing Strategy” award from the Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association (AiMA) for its work with AutoExtra.com, a division of Cox Auto Trader/Auto Mart.

Announced at the May 1, 2008 First Annual AiMA Awards Gala, the AiMA Awards were established to encourage and reward creative, innovative and measurable online and new media marketing campaigns.

Definition 6 worked with AutoExtra.com to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty, while creating a niche marketing strategy within its space. The agency strategically targeted the 18- to 34-year-old demographic, and leveraged online media, website enhancements and social media to create brand advocates and promote viral messaging.

The agency used numerous interactive approaches to achieve maximum results with AutoExtra.com campaign, including creating a viral experience with specialized Yahoo! Instant Messenger skins and developing social media badges that could be taken directly from online advertisements and placed within social network users’ profiles. In addition, Definition 6 managed and optimized more than 1.5 million key words on multiple networks to increase search engine optimization.

As a result, the campaign greatly enhanced AutoExtra.com’s search engine rankings and conversions, while also driving more than 100,000 visitors to the site. Some of the impressive results from the program for AutoExtra.com included:

- Increasing average daily revenue

- Achieving a rich media interaction rate 40 percent above the auto industry’s average

- Increasing the conversion rate of its search engine optimization campaign decreasing the cost per order

- Welcoming more than 1,019 friends to AutoExtra.com’s MySpace page in the first 30 days

- Attaining a visitor average time of eight minutes on the company’s MySpace page
