AAA Parking Intranet

Since 1956, AAA Parking has provided the management and implementation of parking services for many of the most prominent and prestigious buildings, institutions and properties in Atlanta and across the Southeast.
Challenges:
- Competition was aggressively attacking market share and developing more elaborate marketing collateral
- AAA Parking had no defined brand
- Marketing collateral was out of date and did not fully demonstrate the AAA commitment to serving its customers
- AAA Parking is highly decentralized, and had no efficient way to monitor various properties from corporate effectively
Implications:
- Competition was taking market share from AAA Parking
- AAA Parking was losing new business based on effectiveness of collateral
- Extremely manual, time-consuming process was in place for reporting, preventing corporate from being able to react quickly to marketplace changes
Solutions:
- Definition 6 developed a brand strategy for AAA Parking
- This brand strategy was applied to all customer touch points. Definition 6 created a new brochure, a newweb site, a new trade show booth and a completely redesigned corporate identity package
- An intranet was developed. Because AAA had no centralized network, a web-based application was the best solution for managing the various properties and providing real time data now for its managers
