Site Design

Designing the Destination

The focus of Internet development for most organizations has evolved from planning entry-level web strategies to updating, improving, and incorporating more sophisticated capabilities to continually enhance an online presence. The Definition 6 team has extensive experience with building on, redesigning, and repositioning our clients’ online offerings to support changes caused by rebranding, new products, new service offerings, acquisitions, and shifts in business strategy. The result is a web presence that is always aligned with your goals.

Our primary goal during a Redesign Planning session is to discuss the following:

  • What was the original intent of your website design?
  • Has the intent changed?
  • What do you like about the site?
  • What changes have occurred in your industry?

We will research your competitors and markets, identify key content and branding requirements, and perform a technical assessment of the site. If the information is available, we will also review your web site log or current analytics for traffic patterns. As part of the redesign planning process, we will evaluate features that can be incorporated to increase the interactivity of your site, improve the end-user experience, and create e-business opportunities. All recommendations will include a programming scope created in conjunction with your project team.
