Definition 6, a full-service digital agency is actively seeking an Account Supervisor to join our rapidly growing team to work on digital campaigns for large multi-million-dollar clients.  This role is responsible for having a thorough understanding of the client’s digital and overall business goals, opportunities and strengths. They earn the trust of the client as a strategic advisor, working in conjunction with the overall account service and strategic leads to identify and address opportunities for integrating digital marketing solutions to reach revenue goals.

 The Account Supervisor develops strategies and plans to help grow accounts through our various offerings, overseeing junior account and project staff in the implementation and measurement of digital and social programs, monitors industry trends and consistently drives the client and team through digital thought leadership. They are also expected to work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations.

This is a mid to senior level position based out of our Atlanta office with occasional travel to client locations.


  • Design and implement digital and social strategies to align with client business goals
  • Lead and activate the strategies for assigned clients, while overseeing the development and the execution of creative and development
  • Assist with the creation of engaging content optimized for specific platforms and intended audience
  • Manage the creation and publishing of daily content
  • Work with analytics team to analyze and report digital campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis with a focus on program optimization
  • Serve as the client day -to-day liaison
  • Work cross-functionally with the various departments of the agency and client team members on all aspects of projects
  • Manage, administer, and communicate detailed project schedules to internal and client teams
  • Set client expectations and ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Manage the internal process for delivering client projects on strategy and within scope
  • Assist with the development of strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of client’s business goals
  • Anticipate client needs, keeping the agency in the position of leading rather than following
  • Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize effectiveness
  • Develop strategic direction for clients, by helping them organize, synthesize and process complex information to help provide a clear roadmap to success
  • Challenge direction or the status quo and seek alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective strategies
  • Monitor client business daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to ensure strategy & metrics are successful, including: web and media unit analytics, search performance and social platform performance
  • Participate in the presentation and sale of new ideas and projects
  • Evaluate the input and ideas of creative, technology and strategic planning relative to strategy and client preferences
  • Manage and account for client’s budgets and long-term goals
  • Manage several projects at once
  • Advocate clients internally and keep the complete agency team informed, focused, and enthused about their business
  • Be trusted and relied on by internal teams and key clients
  • Approach brands from an integrated communication perspective
  • Continue to build expertise within the digital and social landscape


  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in digital agencies preferred
  • Experience delivering digital marketing initiatives to clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar discipline
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate interest in the digital and social world and what it can offer consumers and clients
  • Ability to proactively problem solve client issues
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter, high energy, assertive, take charge personality
  • The passion and drive to stay current with digital trends and tools, including attending networking and educational events
