In 1996, Rich Quigley co-founded the video production and media distribution company, OnCue Productions, which was sold to News Broadcast Network in 2000. For 13-years thereafter he served as Executive Producer and Media Strategist at NBN. He joined Synaptic Digital as VP of Client Services in 2013. Rich is one of the industry’s foremost experts in the areas of PSA development and distribution. This year alone he has developed the distribution strategy for two TV PSA campaigns that have each exceeded 1-billion impressions in under twelve months. Rich has won numerous industry awards, including Telly, Mercury, New York Festivals and World Fest Awards, and was named one of Cision/Vocus' 2014 Top 50 Social Media Influencers on Twitter. Rich attended the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
