A Fresh Look for an Evolving Brand


The Ask

In 2014, Nexidia first enlisted DEFINITION 6 to simplify their brand message to better appeal to their target audience. Through stakeholder interviews, market research, mood boards, and brand exploration, we were able to successfully refresh Nexidia’s tone and brand message.


With a strong message and tone in place, Nexidia reshaped their company goals to help them reach the next their step and continue growth. After a successful Strategy & Planning phase, DEFINITION 6 collaborated with Nexidia to design and build their new Umbraco site. From mapping out the new site’s UX/UI (with detailed wireframes and responsive design) to implementing an efficient content management system, Nexidia gained a fresh look to match their top of the line product.


Following the launch of the updated website, Nexidia was acquired by NICE in 2016. Thanks to our continued relationship with the company, as well as ongoing web maintenance, Nexidia turned to DEFINITION 6 to update their website and branding to fall in line with their new parent company. We completed a website refresh, updating the front end so that they could maintain the tone that we previously simplified, while incorporating NICE branding.
